- To make cheesecake mixture: whip the cream till peak consistency then mix the amul cream, cream cheese and pista. Add agar agar mixture on it and mix well.
- Take out the biscuits base from refrigerator place a layer of gulabjamun. Pour the cream cheese mixture on it. Refrigerate for 8 hrs.
- Gulabjamun: Grate mawa and paneer. Mix all other ingredients and make a soft dough
- Make balls from dough. This is very important to prevent the lumps in the middle. You can stuff dry fruits and kishmish too, to make mawabaati. Fry on low flame and put in the hot sugar syrup directly from kadahi.
