On 1st layer spread ras of rasmalai nicely. Then put some cbled rasmalai over it. Now put a layer of icing on it.Next put another layer over this. Again sprinkle ras and spread icing. Keep this in fridge for 2 hrs minimum.
  4. After that, coat 1 extra layer of icing and decorate with rasmalai and dry fruits. Keep 8n fridge for atleast 4 hrs before serving.
