- Take 400 g caster sugar

- Mix all the cake ingredients and bake in two equal tins.
- Wait to cool and then stack with jam in the middle.
- Roll out the yellow icing and cover.
- Roll out the black icing. Ensure it is long enough to cover the cake circumfrance. I used a paper ruler. Cut to exact length and cut the bottom so it is a straight line.
- Using the animal stensils place along the bottom to get a good spacing.
- Leave at least a cm along the bottom and start cutting round the animals. Place on the cake.
- Use the honeycomb to write a name or message as well as place on the edge of the cake.
