- Preheat oven to 180 degree C,
- Grease a cake pan with oil and sprinkle with flour and tap to remove excess,
- Sieve flour,baking powder and baking soda twice and keep it aside,
- Mix tutti fruity with some flour,
- Combine butter and sugar and beat until light and fluffy,about 2 to 3 mins,
- Add one agg at a time,to sugar-butter mixture and beat well,
- Amd vanilla extract and mix well,
- Add flour,baking powder mixture and milk alternatively and beat well after each addition.mix until creamy batter is formed withoit lumps,
- Finally, fold in the tutti fruity rolled in flour, mix gently(dont beat),
- Pour tthe batter into the pan and sprinkle some tutti fruity on top. Bake for 35 to 40 mins until inserted toothpick comes out clean,
- Remove from oven,let it cool completely and then take out from the cake pan.
- Now for the mango puree: Take a pan, grease it put it on a medium flame,
- Now add mango puree, sugar, liquid glucose and vanilla extract in pan and mix slowly until, bubble are formed in it. (dont cook too much)
- Now let this mixture cool.
- After the mango topping is cooled pour it on cake and spread it,
- Afterwards i decorated the cake with some whipped cream. (optional)
