- Take a bowl and add sugar, oil, curd and vanilla essence. Beat it until fluffy and creamy.
- Combine the flour and sugar together and add milk to the requirement to make a batter.
- Prepare a cake pan by greasing and dusting with flour.pour the batter into it and keep it in pre heated oven at 150 degrees first and when the cake rise increase the temperature to 180 degrees.
- Bake till nice golden colour, remove and cool it
- Take a bowl and add chopped chocolate in that. Now take a double boiler and keep the chocolate bowl on that and keep stirring until melts completely. Add fresh cream and mix well.
- Pour the chocolate ganache on the cake and decorate the cake with sprinkles m silver balls.
