- Into a tall pan put in the milk, water, oil, butter and Nutmeg bring to a boil add the rise (and Saffron if using) Stir while cooking takes about 15-20 minutes- Rise should be slightly sticky. Also preheat the oven 190 degrees.
- Take off the heat add the eggs 1 at a time and stir in between then add the Parmigiano, oil, salt and pepper to taste.
- Take baking tray from step 1 place the rise mixture spread evenly then sprinkle more breadcbs and Parmigiano on top place into preheated oven (190) for 25-30 minutes.
