- Cook it medium high flame and mix it 10-15 minutes.
- Add 1-2 tablespoon desi ghee and mix well 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes turn off the flame.
- Apply ghee in a bowl.
- Transfer milk cake mixture in bowl.
- Cover it and let it cool down for 3-4 hours.
- After 3-4 hours milk cake is ready.
- Take a plate and garnish with chopped dry fruits in milk cake. Milk cake is ready to serve.
