  1. First to make hung curd,take a seive line with muslin cloth,add 500ml of unsour curd,tie it (if you have cream cheese u can skip the process).
  2. Now put this bowl in refrigerator for overnight our hung curd is ready.
  3. To make base take ready mate cake,I have no cake mould (jo neeche se open hota hi) so I take glasses, put cake in glasses.
  4. Now take hung curd in a bowl add 1/2 cup powdered sugar and mix it well. Now add 1/2 cup of mango pulp and 1 tsp mango essence. Mix well
  5. Take 200 ml of cream and whisk until stiff peaks form. Now take a bowl add 1 tbsp gelatin add little water and set a side for 10 mins.
  6. Take bloomed gelatin in a pan,put this pan on low heat until gelatin melts,it will take just few seconds.
  7. Now add hung curd mixture and cream together,scrap the sides add few drops of mango essence and colour.
  8. Now add melted gelatin mix well.
  9. Now add this mixture in glasses, if you have cake tin add this. Spread it evenly,refrigerate it until we make jelly.
  10. Take 1 tbsp of gelatin in a pan add little water,let it set for 10 mins. Now melt it on low flame. Add 1/2 cup of mango pulp and 1/4 cup of sugar,Cook on low flame until sugar dissolves.
  11. Remove from fire and let it cool for few seconds. Add few drops of mango essence and colour and mix it well.
  12. Now add this puree on top.Genlty shake it. Refrigerate overnight.
