  2. In a bowl, mix the almonds, bicarb and spices and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the coconut oil, maple syrup, apple sauce, flaxseed egg and banana.
  4. Add the carrots, cranberries and walnuts to the wet mix.
  5. Combine the wet mix with the dry mix.
  6. Put the mix into the lined tray and bake until golden brown - about 30-35 mins.
