- Mix butter into maida.. add soda water gradually.. add one cushed kiwi+ 3 juice of lemon + zest+ essence
- Beat it. mix all ingredients.. make a Smooth batter.. Consistency should be like little thicker than idli batter.. Using an electric whisk, beat to a soft consistency.
- Pre heat oven for 10 mints. Peel the skin of kiwi. And cut into thin slices.
- Grease the pan and set the kiwi first. Sprinkle some sugar on kiwi.Now pour batter properly
- Put into oven for 45 mins @100 degree.. Bake in preheated oven until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean,
- Now upside down into the pan
