- Sab se pehle maida,baking powder,salt ko sieve karein three times…Now mix sugar+oil and mix well..till sugar dissolve na ho jaye
- Now curd me water add karein and mix karein bht ache se….now isme vinegar and baking soda add karein or whiske karein.. - Now isme cold water add karein beat karein ache se..
- Now dry ingredients and liquid ingredients mix karein..vanilla essence add karein ache se and beat karein lumps nahi hone chaiye…. cake tin grease kar ke cake batter usme pour karein and bake karein 25-30minutes…
- Baking ke liye pan me salt dala ring rhki uske upar tin rhka or 25-30 min. Bake kra…check karein toothpick se…thanda kar ke demould karein and cool Karein.
- Cake ko do parts me horizontally divide karein thn ek par sugar syrup lagayeinwipped cream lagye or glazed karonda b chopped kar ke lgaye.. Second layer rhke uspe b sugar syrup and cream lagayeinor chocochip,glazed karonda,colourfull sprinkles se garnish karein….
- Note:Chaye toh cream me b vanilla essence add karein.
