  13. Get 1/2 cup Sugar syrup for soaking cake

Instructions to make 8 digit  Anniversary cake:

  1. Note-Here I made 8 digit number cake so I need 2 round cake and I’m share👆1 basic cake rcp for 2nd cake use same rcp for 2nd round cake.
  2. Firstly take a mixie jar add fresh curd sugar and oil in it and blend until sugar dissolve. Now turn in mixing bowl.
  3. Now add baking soda and baking powder in curd mixer. Keep aside about 2-4min. After 3-4 min see small bubble on top of batter.
  4. Sieve the flour 2-3 time now slowly slowly add flour and mix it by cut and fold method and add vanilla essence too mix it.
  5. Now pour the batter on greased baking cake mold.
  6. Now bake the in preheated oven about 25-30min at 180℃.
  7. Check the cake by toothpick/skewers insert in cake if come out clean that mean cake is done otherwise bake some time more.
  8. Now take out cake turn in to the wire rack and cool down the cake(room temperature)
  9. 2nd round cake prepare same process.
  10. Whip the whipping cream add rose essence untill cream get soft peak.
  11. Now we cut the cake in center by glass for whole the cake for make 8 number and slightly cut the both cake on sides for attach the cake. Now cut the cake broadwise.
  12. Now soak the cake by thin sugar syrup spread whip cream put other slice of cake cover the cake by whip cream even with cake knief.
  13. Now same process with 2nd cake cake now take large size cake board(but here I used steel rice tray for assemble the cake)
  14. Put 1st cake on board put 2nd cake stick just side cut side and again finish with whip cream.
  15. Now remain whipped cream add colour separately and fill in icing bag.
  16. Now make design as u like here I used light and dark pink by add little amount of red colour. Green colour for leaf look and orange colour.
  17. Sprinkle some silver balls. Now ready ur eggless homemade wedding anniversary cake.
