- Take a bowl, to that add a tbsp of nuttela(or any other choco spread), now add 3/4 cup of condensed milk to it. Mix them well.
- Then add 3 tbsp of ghee / oil to it. Now add 1/2 cup of curd to it. Whisk the mixture well. Remove all of the lumps. Now to 1/4 part of lemon and then squeeze it into the mixture. add some drops of vanilla and chocholate essence to it. Whisk the mixture well.
- Take a sieve (chani) and sift in 2 cups of Maida, 1/2 cup of cocoa powder and 1/4 cup of powdered sugar to it. Mix the dry ingredients well with the batter.
- Batter will be very much thick. Now gradually add 1/2 cup of milk. Keep on mixing the batter with the whisk. Finally the consistency should not be very thin. It should have a ribbon consistency.
- When you are just ready to bake add 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp baking soda to the batter and mix it well.
- Take a cake mold greased with oil and dusted with Maida. Pour the batter to the mould. Bake the cake at preheated oven for 30-35 mins.
- After 30 minutes check the cake by inserting a toothpick. If it comes out clean the cake is ready. Demould the cake and let it cool.
- For whipping the cream the 2 bowls and blades of electronic beater should be freezed for 30 mins. If you are using whisk freeze it.
- So take one freezed bowl to that add some ice cubes.put another bowl over it to that add 1/4 chilled whipping cream. Whisk the cream well. If you are using electric beater it would take just 2-4 mins.if you are using whisk it would take 10 mins.
- For preparing Ganache take 150 gms of dark/milk chocolate. Melt it using double boiler/microwave. Take a pan to that add amul fresh cream. When it comes to boil and pour it over the melted chocholate. Mix it well.
- Take some chocholate syrup. Add few tbsp of water to it.
- Cut the cake into the layers as you want and then take one layer, drizzle some prepared chocholate syrup. Apply the Ganache and even it with a knife or spatula. Like that cover the cake with the Ganache. Now to the prepared whipped cream. Pipe it using piping bag or polythene. I have used a star nozzle you can use any of the nozzle
- Make the designs you want. Using a star nozzle I have made a rose. Refrigerate the cake for 30 mins.
