- First of all arrange the ingredients….then separate the egg yolks from egg whites
- Beat the egg whites until get stiff peaks…
- Add in dry ingredients in a bowl….and sieve it…maida + Baking soda + baking powder + cocoa powder + salt…
- Now beat egg yolks with all wet ingredients….oil + yoghurt + essence + egg yolks sugar….
- Now mix dry ingredients in to egg yolks mixture and beat little….then add eggs white…use cut and fold method….fold gently with spatula….now add chocolate chunks…..or chocolate chip
- Grease the pan….. sprinkle some maida and then add in batter.. tap it to remove bubbles…
- Bake in preheated oven on 200 degree for 30 to 40 minutes…. until toothpick comes out clear…let it cool on rack…at room temperature…brush with syrup…
- In a pan add sugar and water cook until sugar dissolves then add lemon……. syrup is ready to drizzle…brush on cake
- For glaze now In a pan add cream water and sugar.. mix all..now cook on stove at low flame….. until then dissolve gelatin powder in 1 tbs water….
- Bring to boil and add cocoa powder….then cook fo 2 to 3 minutes then add chocolate and cook for 5 minutes…..now add gelatin to bloom…cook for more 2 to 3 minutes until condensed and glaze will be ready…. don’t over cook after adding gelatin…it will be like rubber….
- Now glaze ur cake by placing your cake on rack then.. sprinkle some chocolate shaves…
