- Now add water and oil and beat with electric beater on high speed for about 5 minutes.
- Once the batter is ready add vanilla essence and mix well.
- Grease the mould and line the butter paper and pour this cake batter and bake in microwave for 180°c for 30 minutes.
- Once the cake is baked, let it cool down completely. Now make a cut in middle part(horizontally) and divide the cake into two equal parts
- For whipping cream. Pour the cream in a bowl and beat it for 10 to 15 minutes on high speed with an electric beater. Beat until the stiff peaks are formed. For orange color cream add orange food color and green color cream add green food color.
