- After mix, add mixed dry ingredients which are prepared before and then mix them lightly.
- After mix, add vanilla essence & then again mix it well. Now batter is ready.
- Take a cake tin, then grease the cake tin with oil. Pour the batter to the cake tin. Tap the tin two to three times to remove any air bubbles.
- Garnish the top of the batter with chopped dry fruits. After garnish, cake is ready to bake.
- Take a big vessel to bake the cake. Then add salt in it. Keep a stand on the salt.
- Keep the vessel on a medium flame for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, place the cake tin in the vessel.
- Now cover the vessel & bake the cake for 40-45 minutes on medium-low flame. After 40-45 minutes, remove the cover and use a stick (toothpick) to check whether it is ready or not.
- Now switch off the flame & let it cool down. After cooled, remove the cake from the tin & then enjoy it.
