- Take a bowl, add eggs and beat at medium speed,3 minutes than add sugar and beat for 1-2 min, than add vanilla essence, again beat for 1 mint:.
- In another dish take maida, add baking powder and sift thrice,and add gradually in batter and beat till it becomes smooth. (do not over beat).
- Pour the batter into baking dish, and put in the pre heated oven, for 25-30 mint:at 175°c.

- When bubbles appear, remove from the stove and add butter, mix well again put on stove, add cream, mix for 30 seconds.keep aside till it comes at room temperature.
- Decorate, cake with thin layer of caramel. (do not use all the caramel.)
- Refrigerate, and serve chilled.
