- Finely chop the garlic.
- Pour oil into a frying pan. Fry the onions from step 1 and the garlic from step 2 until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef or to step 3 and fry until the color changes.
- Add the cumin, coriander, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco, salt and pepper to step 4 and continue to fry.
