  3. chill until it is of spreading consistancy

  5. spread chocolate filling between each layet and cover top and sides
  6. chill at least 2 hrs
  7. slice into thin slices

  9. This recipe is a passed down recipe from my grandmother we have been eating it this way for years BUT if you are concerned about undercooked egg yolks use the pasterized eggs!
