- Boil milk add custard powder in it (mix custard powder with 2 tsp of vold milk), add sugar & cook till thickened..
- Make mango puree with 1 & 1/2 mango pieces by blending it with 2 tsp sugar.. mix Gelatin powder with 4 tsp hot water & mix with mango puree.. keep it aside.
- In small glasses assemble it :
- First layer of cake slice then pour custard then few chunks of strawberries then pour mango puree then layer of crushed biscuits then layer of mango puree then cover it with mango chunks..
- Boil milk, take 2 Tsp of cold milk & mix custard powder in it..
- In boiling milk add custard powder and 4 Tsp sugar & cook till thickened.. off the flame
- Keep it in fridge for 30 min..
- In bowl first layer of plain cake pieces then slightly slowly pour custard over it let it set for 5 min then slowly pour mangoo puree over it cover it with mango chunks..
- Serve cof enjoy
- Keep it in fridge for 45 min & serve cold… Enjoy 😋
