- Add some salt and seasoning cubes to taste, add chopped onions, blended scotch bonnet pepper and crayfish. Mix together. Scoop the paste mixture into banana leaves, nylons or foil paper. Here, I use white nylon. Tie and put in a pot of hot boiling water. Allow to cook until the Okpa is ready.
- Allow to cook until the Okpa is ready. You can add more water to the pot if you notice that the water is drying up and the Okpa isn’t ready.
