  8. Get 1 tsp Oil

  1. Grind dalia for 3-4times in a blender.
  2. Take dalia, oats flour, curd, salt, beetroot puree and mix.
  3. Add water as needed to make a thick batter.
  4. Heat oil in a tadka pan and add all the ingredients under tempering.
  5. Cool a bit and then pour over the mixture.
  6. Mix well. - Meanwhile heat water in a steamer.
  7. Add baking soda and beat the batter.
  8. Take a bundt cake mould, grease with oil and pour the batter till 3/4th.
  9. Steam it for 8-10mins.
  10. Cool a bit before demoulding. Serve with any chutney, dip or sauce.
