- Lay a bed of salt in the cooker and place cooker’s net plate remove the whistle and gasket of the cooker
- Heat grated apple and sugar in a sauce pan till melt the sugar completely to make a fine sauce let it cool completely and transfer it in a bowl
- Start to preheat the cooker now
- Whisk curd and butter together and keep it aside too
