  2. Dry ingredients: combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well
  3. Wet ingredients: combine yogurt,oil and vanilla together
  4. After the soaking period, add the nuts and fruits to the dry ingredients and mix well
  5. Throw in the wet ingredients and combine to form a batter. (Add 2 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter if the batter looks too dry)
  6. Do not whisk vigorously, just combine together well
  7. Transfer the batter into a greased baking tin/dish
  8. Level the surface and throw in reserved nuts on top
  9. Bake in a pre heated oven for 30-40 minutes at 190 degree celcius (plus or minus 5-7 minutes based on the oven used)
  10. Let cool and store airtight
  11. Slice and take a bite!
