Steps to make Pineapple cake:
- Firstly sift all the dry ingredients of the cake(all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt together.
- Whisk all wet ingredients and sugar together properly(eggs, oil, essence).
- Now add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients give it a proper mix by cut and fold method.
- Shift the cake batter into greased cake tin bake it in preheated oven for 40 min on 180-degree celsius(check with toothpick whether the cake is done or not).
- Let the cake cool completely, cut the cake into two layers, drizzle some pineapple juice on one layer apply whipped cream, arrange chopped pineapple pieces, place the other layer on top of that, drizzle over some pineapple juice.
- Now apply whipped cream to entire cake including sides,(that’s cb coating) place the cake in to refrigerator for about 20 minutes..
- Take out again apply whipped cream to the entire cake,pour yellow corn syrup icing gel on the edges of the round cake shape,garnish top of the cake with some pineapple pieces,wafers,and some cherries,refrigerate for an hour,and your yummy soft juicy pineapple cake is ready to be served..enjoy 😋
