  3. In a bowl of a stand mixer beat your oil,butter and sugar and vanilla untill fluffy
  4. Add eggs and beat
  5. Alternatively add in your butter milk mixture and flour in three addition and beat until smooth.Use a spatula to scrape the side and bottom of your bowl.

  19. Repeat the process with the remaining 2 layers.You can also spread frosting on the sides and top and decorate with flowers,sprinkles,ribbon or cake cb.Then chill in the fridge before cutting and serving
  20. Serve with any drink of your choice
