  7. Bake at 180C for 1 hour, until a skewer / toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool in tin for 10 minutes then tip out on to wire rack to cool.
  9. Serve. Can be served warm or cold
  10. You can substitute ground cinnamon for the ger.
