  4. Make glaze while cake bakes. Mix 2 Cups powdered sugar,1 Tablespoon corn syrup, and 1/3 cup warm lemon juice using a wire whip until glossy.
  5. When cake is done, cool for 5 minutes before inserting fork multiple times into the top of cake.
