  3. Cover the batter and keep it aside for 4 hr.
  4. Add bottle guard, cabbage, carrot, ger-green chilli garlic paste,salt as per taste, turmeric, red chilli powder, asafoetida, sesame seeds, jaggery, dhaniya powder, oil
  5. Take a non-stick pan. add 4 tbs of oil, musterd seed, sesame seeds. After 2 min, add batter and wait for 15 to 20 min. Please keep the flame in medium position.
  6. Turn it around after 15 to 20 min. It should look like the image shown here and wait for another 15 min.
