- Take 1 cup maida
- Make ready 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions to make Fruit cake:
- Mix the chopped nuts and dry fruits with 1 tbsp maida and keep it aside. Can add tutti frutti, dry apricots.
- In a mixing bowl, using a hand beater, beat the 🥚🥚 to become frothy. Then add sugar and mix well. Then add softened butter and vanilla essence and mix well. To this add the dry ingredients- maida, milk powder, baking powder and baking soda and sieve at least 2 times and add to the wet ingredients and fold gently to form a batter. Add 🥛 gradually to form the desired batter. Add the dry fruits mixture to the batter and mix well.
- Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and bake it. Fruit cake is ready!!!
- Whip the whipping cream to stiff peaks and add condensed milk too. I added raspberry gel colour.
