- In a small cup add coffee powder (for cake),hot water & sugar. Whisk well till the texture is soft and fluffy
- In a bowl add curd. Whisk well. Add oil & sugar powder. Mix well.
- Add the dalgona coffee mixture made earlier to this bowl and mix well.
- In a mixing bowl add maida, baking soda & baking powder. Add this to the curd & coffee mixture to this and whisk well.
- Mix Vanilla Essence and vinegar and add to the cake mixture. Grease a cake pot and pour the batter evenly.
- Preheat the kadai with salt for 10 mins. Place the cake pot and cover and bake for 30-35 mins
- Now we need to make the dalgona coffee mixture for decoration/garnish.
- In a bowl add coffee powder, powdered sugar & hot water. Whisk for at least 7-8 mins to make a fluffy mixture
