  1. Mix butter and sugar in a bowl with a beater untill a smooth paste
  2. Add fresh cream, vanilla essence and whisk well
  3. In it add red colour and milk and whisk well
  4. Now sift together wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda in this only and whisk well for a smooth batter consistency and yes don’t over whisk it
  5. Now grease the micro safe vessel with butter and sprinkle wheat flour
