- Preheat oven to 180 degree. Grease your baking mould.
- Beat 6 eggs 3/4cup sugar and beat in double volume. Add vanilla essence. Than stop beating.
- And less then 4 tbsp Maida in 1 cup. and add cocoa powder in maida and mixture with spatula. And pour mixture in cake mould. - Bake cakes for 180 degree for 30 _49 minutes. Inserted toothpick in a center of a wire racks.
- Than cool Sponge and cut 2 layer.
- Phir ek blows mein whipy whip cream dalain phir is mein melte Italiano chocolate,chocolate essence aur coffee ko 1 tbsp water mein disolve kar dalain aur achi traha beat kar Lain.
- Phir cake ke leyar per milk dal kar moist karain.
- Apply whip cream and chocolate chip /cunck on 1st layer then place
- Second layer of cake,then apply cream all over the cake.
- Now last decorate in whip cream in 1 M nozzle,
- Silver balls, Italiano chocolate, cherry and some mint leaves..
