  2. Blend untill a smooth and thick batter is formed. add little water if it’s too thick.
  3. Add salt to taste and stir using a wooden spatula till it is well mixed.
  4. Set your fire, preheat the vegetable oil with onions. Then use a smaller spoon to scoop the batter into the oil. - - Wait till the underside has turned golden brown then flip to enable the the upper side turn golden brown as well. Then remove from the oil.
  5. Akara is ready to be served! Can be served with beverage of any kind accompanied with bread. Mine was oat meal💕💕
