- Take 100 grams Dark compound slab
- Make ready 75 ml Fresh cream(Amul)
Steps to make Cake(Eggless):
- In bowl add maida, cocoa powder, Baking powder, Baking soda mix well & sieve 3times.
- In another bowl add butter and milkmaid, mix well with beater.
- In milkmade mixture add small small portion of maida mixture mix well. Now add essence. Mix it.
- Now add soda water in small small portion. pouring consistency better is prepared.
- Now pour in dusting mould and bake in preheated cooker for 30 to 35 minutes.first 5 minutes fast flame then 25 to 30 minutes on medium slow flame. Check toothpick insert in cake. Toothpick come clear then cake is ready
- Cake cool completely. Then unmould cake. Cut in three parts.
- First part put in cake board and soak with sugar syrup and apply whipped cream. Now put second layer, soak with sugar water and apply chocolate truffle. Now put last part of cake soak with sugar syrup and apply wipped cream. Cover cake with wipped cream. Decorate with basket nozzle and star nozzle. Garnish with cherry & silver balls. Cake is ready. Refrigerate half hour and enjoy.
- For chocolate truffle:Mix in double boiler and add 1/2 tspn butter. Cool it completely.
- For sugar syrup :mix water and sugar and keep aside.
