- Pour your mixture in your already prepared pie pan . And put it in the oven . Cook for about 20 min. on 350 and then lower the hit to 325…continue coking for al list 25 min. more. Check if the cheese cake if it has raised a little bit it’s ok and if it looks a little bit wagaly that’s normal. But if it is to liquidity it may need a little bit more time ..(If the crust starts to get to dark cover it with foil paper )
- Take it out of the oven and Let it cool off. (Also you can leave it in the oven turned off with the oven door half open to cool ) Once it’s cool put it on the refrigerator for at list 2 hours ..you can also top it with caramel and picans or berries any ping you like…^_^
