- Get 1 onion

- Wash the beans to remove the peel. Leave to soak for 30mins b4 blending or taking it for grinding. I noticed its more soft when its soaked & u need little or no water b4 frying.
- Place a fry pan with oil on heat enough for deep frying. Add onion if u like for aroma. Add the salt & maggi cubes & water. Stir very well. This gives it an airy texture. Scoop the paste into hot oil
- Turn at intervals to get an even colour on both side. Strain & enjoy with pap or tea.
