Instructions to make Muttaikose cake:

  1. Powder 100 g sugar with three cardamon and then add one egg into fine sugar and grind for a minute.
  2. Take a bowl and add 150 g maida, two tablespoon rawa, one tablespoon rice flour and a pitch of salt and baking soda. Then add grind part (step 1) in the bowl and mix it well. Please note: If needed, add little water or milk accordingly.
  3. Bring it in the form of dough and let it be for 20 minutes.
  4. After twenty minutes, apply oil on your hand and make medium size ball one after another and fry it on moderate flame. Please note: If the oil is hot, then the cake will be burnt on the surface but it will not fully cooked inside. If it is very low, then the cake will soak up a lot of oil. Maintain moderate flame during frying process.
  5. Kindly take it out once the cake is cooked well. You might feel it’s bit loose when you take it out. Let it cool down for 15 minutes then you will see the expected result.
