  1. Put eggs in the mixer then whisk until become a smoothy white. Then add vanilla,sugar, oil, pistacio nut and the food coloring while continue mixing. Then add bread powder, salt and baking powder. Mix it well.
  2. Before you put the cake in baking pan spray oil ang bread powder first then put the cake you mixed. (You can put in any try or baking pan you want..)
  3. Bake with the heat of 180°c, 2o-25 minutes. Open up and down. Take note: check everytime your cake but Don’t open,if quickly brown and not yet cook just slowly the temperature..
  4. On the other side, mix all ingredients for toppings in blender.
  5. When the cake finished, remove from the pan then put the toppings up the cake.. Design as you like.
