- First add all the dry ingredients. And sieve them properly.Keep aside.
- Now take butter, oil mix it properly or whisk it nicely for one min.
- After add powdered sugar, condensed milk into butter oil mixture. Mix it properly.
- Meanwhile in a milk (room temperature) add vinegar and vanilla essence. Keep aside for five min.
- Now add milk solution and all mix dry ingredients into the butter oil batter slowly. Mix nicely and make a firm batter without any lump.
- Transfer the ready batter into greased cake tin.. Tip first stick butter paper into the pan then add batter. Tap the tin two times.
- Here I bake cake in a cooker. So before making the batter you first pre heat the cooker then make cake batter. For pre heat, spread the salt and place the wire stand onto the salt. Cover the lid but remove the gas kit, like whistle or rubber ring.
- Now place cake tin on the wire stand into the cooker. It’s take 25 to 30 minutes to bake the cake into the cooker. After 25 mins check the cake with the help of toothpick. If the toothpick clear means your cake is ready.
- Now remove the cake onto the plate or cake board.
- Cut into half slowly. Add sugar syrup gently on single half now cover with another half.cover the cake with whipped cream nicely.
- For icing here I use eggless whipped cream. And season with some gems chocochips.
