- To make cake sponge, Sieve all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda together.
- In a another bowl, add powdered sugar and oil and mix it well. Add dry ingredients and milk, mix it well with cut and fold mathod. Add essence and mix it.
- Pour this batter in greeced heart shaped cake mould. Bake it in preaheated oven on 180d. for 30 to 35 minutes.
- When it become completely cool, cut into 2 layers, then spread sugar syrup on all layers.
- For icing take 1 cup of whipped and food colour and mix it.
- Put one layer of cake sponge, spread white whipped cream on it, then spread mango crush on it.
- Then put another slice of cake sponge on it. Cover the whole cake with the cream and keep it in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Draw half heart shape on parchment paper and spread melted white chocolate on it. Then keep it in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Decorate the cake with pink whipped cream, white chocolate slice, fresh fruits and silver sprinkles. Make in to the shape of fruit basket.
