- Sieve maida, sugar,baking powder,cocoa powder,baking soda
- Demould the chocolates cups by tearing paper cup from the cut carefully
- Add oil vanilla essence milk gradually in above dry ingredients
- Mix all ingredients using cut and fold method
- Pour the batter in paper cups and bake for 10 min in preheated or cooker.check with toothpick by pricking. If it comes clean your cup cake is ready
- Melt the dark compound using double boiler method. Make a small cut on paper cup and pour the melted chocolate and spread evenly and keep in freezer for 10min
