  2. Now add maida, baking soda and baking powder in blended mixture and mix slowly with help of milk make sure they have no lumps.
  3. Now separate the mixture in equally in 2 bowls and in the first one add 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder and in the second one add pineapple essence and yellow food colour and mix well.
  4. Now preheat to oven in 180 degrees and grease your cake tin and pour 2 tbsp of pineapple batter, next in with the cocoa batter and repeat this step till the batter is finished.
  5. Now create the design, take a toothpick and starting from the center of the batter - make lines to the end of the batter. Try to maintain an equal distance between - each line.
