  3. Add 1 tspn vanilla and combine well.
  4. In a separate bowl put in the baking flour and add 1/2 tspn baking soda and whisk to combine well
  5. Add the flour to the mixture in 2 portions as you whisk well using a spoon after each pour.
  6. Once the flour has combined well, add in milk bit by bit as you check the consistency of the batter. It should not be too runny or thick.
  7. Once it’s read set aside..
  8. In a separate bowl add the cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon milk. Combine well. You can add in more milk to desolve the cocoa but it shouldn’t be runny. It should be like a paste.
  9. Pour 1/3 of the batter to the bowl with cocoa mixture and mix till well combined.
  10. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
  11. Prepare your baking tin by smearing margarine and baking flour.. Swirl baking tin so that the flour can be distributed evenly.
  12. POUR IN two spoonsfull of the first batter(one without cocoa) at the middle of your baking tin. Pour in two spoonsfull of the cocoa mixture on top.
  13. Repeat the same process. Alternating the batters.
  14. Bake at 180 degrees for 60 minutes or until a fork comes clean when inserted
