- Add in the mixture the zest, vanilla and chocolate flakes and mix again.
- Butter the tin well enough.
- Pour the mixture slowly and gently to allow it to settle nicely and with no air in the tin. Fill in 2/3 of the tin.
- Bake for 35 minutes at the lower third of the oven at 180 degrees and then in the middle of the oven for another 5-10 minutes to get the outer crust golden and crunchy.
