- In a large mixing bowl add the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, Kahlua, and hand full of crushed oreos. Beat til combined and fluffy. Fold in 1/4-1/2 tub of cool whip. Mix in a little bit more oreos. Spread mousse mixture evenly over cake. Top with rest of the cool whip. Sprinkle top with the rest of the crushed Oreos.
