- First we need to prepare the khubees by making a soft dough, take wheat flour, plain flour, salt, water, baking soda, baking powder, water to Knead the soft sticky dought and then add some oil while softening, keep it aside for half and hour.
- Now roll the khubees just like roti, make sure you make it thin and cook over a medium flame from both the sides.
- And wrap in into a kitchen towel or silver foil, prepare all the khubees like this and keep it aside.
